With the goal of becoming a global cosmetics brand that reaches out to the world, Jayjun has chosen Incheon Namdong Industrial Complex, an industrial center of “beauty industry” and “strategic industry”, as the location to move and expand its current plant. Also, through this ceremony, Jayjun laid groundwork for the upcoming business plans in 2017 such as expanding its business into China’s offline market, the Unites States and Southeast Asia.
The goal of this plant is to produce 480 million mask packs per year and it will be manufacturing mask packs exclusively. Moreover, by applying smart factory system this plant will manage the whole manufacturing process using mobile devices and unitary control system and by adopting the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical companies, it will keep a hygienic environment and minimize the number of faulty products.
